Ms. Dinh Thao Hoa

Ms. Hoa has a firm background in International Economics and Business. She is currently responsible for consulting Vietnamese small and medium sized enterprises to innovate business models and operational performances toward better sustainability under the framework of Eco-Innovation project. She also plays a key role in researching on Circular Economy topics. Besides, she volunteers at the Vietnam Social Enterprises Network as a General Secretary. The concept of Circular Economy is unfamiliar to almost Vietnamese enterprises as well as policy-makers. Hoa is among a few who knows about circular economy in Vietnam. She has been researching on the Circular Economy and relating concepts since 2015. In December 2016, she published the article "Benefits of a Circular Economy in Increasing Economic Values and Corporate Competitiveness in Vietnam", in Switch Asia Magazine. She also participated in conducting a research on "The Application of Circular Economy Concept in The Context of The Industry 4.0" with the Economic Research Institute for ASEAN and East Asia (ERIA) in 2016.
