Mr. Heinrich Seul

Heinrich Seul (57), is Managing Director of CBE Thailand, a waste project engineering firm based in Bangkok since 2006. As seasoned German engineering expert, investment and PPP advisor Heinrich specializes on infrastructure, energy and waste. He started his career conducting more than 40 environmental impact assessments on hydropower, waste, mining and biomass power projects for governments and NGOS in Europe, Latin America and Africa. Later he developed an award winning groundwater protection program for German public water utilities including Hamburg and Bremen and ran it successfully for a decade. Since being first contracted into China in 2001 he has advised Asian public and private sectors in waste to clean energy and recycling project planning, design, finance and implementation. Past industrial clients include Hyundai, Itochu, Loxley and ThyssenKrupp. He presently works on projects in Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia, Pakistan and India.
